Collected North is a small business. Email reaches an actual person and usually gets an answer the same day.

We answer Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern, and anything that arrives over the weekend gets picked up Monday. We source in Denmark a few times a year, and during those trips replies run a day or two behind.

Ask us anything about a piece before you buy: more photographs, a specific measurement, a closer look at a mark or hallmark, condition detail we did not cover, whatever we know about its history. We would rather answer the question than process the return.
