Returns — get a return authorization first by emailing orders@collectednorth.com. The returns address is in the Returns and Refunds policy.

Hours

Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. Emails that come in over the weekend get answered Monday.

We source in Denmark a few times a year, and during those trips replies run a day or two behind. If we’re traveling, the site will say so.

Before you buy

Ask us anything about a piece — more photographs, a specific measurement, a closer look at a mark or hallmark, condition detail we didn’t cover, what we know about its history. We’d rather answer the question than process the return.
