We have been building this business seriously since June of 2026, and in reality it is built on the foundations of what Anne has built over decades selling on EBay and Etsy. We have been working on how we can build and sustain this business with as much automation as possible - everything from accounting, money management, receipt processing, working with incoming and outgoing contacts, across multiple social media platforms, ongoing assessment of the state of the business, listing, suggested sourcing, appropriate pricing, discounting, marketing, with as much as possible managed by agents and skills built to run the business day to day. This is what I bring to the business so we can focus on what we love - beautiful items for a life well lived. This newsletter is for sharing how we did it, tips and tricks, etc. We intend to "build in public" and share what works and what does not.
